Project Complete were engaged to design and project manage the shopfit of a large and busy pharmacy in Brisbane. A challenge in this project was managing the shopfit whilst the pharmacy continued to trade. Many retail businesses don’t have the luxury of conducting their shopfit with a blank canvas so special consideration has to be given to minimum disruption of daily trade and customer and staff safety.
We were thrilled to receive feedback that trade did not fall during the process and efficiencies achieved with improved customer flow and store layout resulted in a steep increase in store turnover in the months post fit out.
