Project Complete were engaged by Suncorp Bank to design and project manage their new customer centric branch in Edward Street Brisbane.
We were briefed to create a stand out design that allowed for smooth customer flow, with self serve touch points for quick access at peak times and a mix of formal and informal meeting zones in which clients and staff could conduct business. It was an important part of the design brief to include teller points that were accessible to provide a superior level of customer service.
Project Complete delivered a unique, on brand and modern design that prioritised the most important part of Suncorp’s business – their customer.
