Project Complete was engaged to Project Manage the design, build and tenancy engagement of Barr St Markets in Cairns over a two year period leading up to the launch of the retail and dining precinct in 2017.
Taking over a site previously occupied by a number of fast food outlets, the development offered the owners an opportunity to secure prime real estate in a densely populated, upmarket area of Cairns. An anchor tenant was secured early in the process, allowing the development to be partly designed around their unique needs. This tenant is a pharmacy brand offering consumers all the pharmacy products and services they rely on combined with one of the country’s largest offerings of organic products in a space that occupied over 1200m2.
Joining the pharmacy was a GP clinic, Physio, colonics practice, bulk raw food outlet and various restaurants and cafes.
Project Complete also managed brand identity development and marketing strategy for the Markets precinct, Wholelife Pharmacy and Healthfoods and Cairns Doctors.
