Simple and functional fix-ups to add to the tenant appeal and rental return on this 3 bedroom home in Wavell Heights.
Our aim was to add value on this property to increase the rental potential by a simple redesign of the floorplan. We achieved this by shifting and removing a few walls in the hallway to create a new ensuite and walk in wardrobe in the master bedroom however still retaining 3 good sized bedrooms.
This home had a great entertaining space with a generously sized deck it just needed a rejuvenation and a few obvious changes to the natural flow from the house. Some creative landscaping and final aesthetic touch ups made this home a comfortable family functional space and well worth the investment.
